How we
delivered.
Brief, architecture decisions, what shipped and where it stands now — in our own words.
The brief
Nick Cooper is a cultural personality with a serious audience and a vision for a direct-to-fan platform — content, drops and community in one surface, with a distinct visual identity that didn't feel like an off-the-shelf creator tool.
Architecture & engineering choices
Brand-led from the first sketch. We delivered the design system, the web platform on Next.js, the companion React Native app and a headless CMS that the team can operate independently. Motion was treated as a first-class design surface — every transition, every reveal, every drop animation was authored, not defaulted.
What we shipped
- Brand-led web experience with cinematic motion and editorial typography
- Companion mobile app for content consumption and limited drops
- Headless CMS with role-based publishing for the production team
Where it stands now
Live, with a thriving direct-to-fan audience. The platform is the model we point to when a personality-driven brand needs the full stack — design, motion, web, mobile and CMS — from one team.
